At Sharon Stewart Wellness, we use a holistic, or whole-body approach, to understanding your needs. The body is intimately interconnected within itself and should be considered as a whole, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, to reach your best self.

My Approach

 

Our consultation begins with my listening to you. We work together to compile information as to where your body is in terms of health, including information from your doctor and other health professionals. Then we set goals.

 

Looking forward

Those goals will get you started because you will feel like you’re making a positive beginning. Remember, this is a journey. Journeys don’t have to be hard and fast. Our goal is for you to feel and become your best self, even if that takes some time.
