My Approach
Our consultation begins with my listening to you. We work together to compile information as to where your body is in terms of health, including information from your doctor and other health professionals. Then we set goals.
Looking forward
Those goals will get you started because you will feel like you’re making a positive beginning. Remember, this is a journey. Journeys don’t have to be hard and fast. Our goal is for you to feel and become your best self, even if that takes some time.

Think of motion. Forward thinking. Stretching. Gradually aclummating your mind and body to the sense of movement. Learning to breathe deeply, look inward without fear, and take that step.
